Wart & Lesion Removal
In-office removal of warts, skin tags, sebaceous cysts, and benign lesions using cryotherapy, electrosurgery, or excision — chosen based on lesion type.

What we remove
- Warts (common, plantar, flat, filiform, periungual) — caused by HPV; treated with cryotherapy, cantharidin, or electrosurgery.
- Skin tags (acrochordons) — soft, benign; removed with electrosurgery or snip excision.
- Seborrheic keratoses — waxy benign growths; treated with cryotherapy or electrocautery.
- Sebaceous and epidermoid cysts — excised under local anesthesia; same-day procedure.
- Molluscum contagiosum — contagious viral bumps; treated with cryotherapy or cantharidin.
- Milia — tiny white cysts; extracted with a lancet.
- Other benign growths — dermatofibromas, angiomas, lipomas (small).
Why not treat yourself
Over-the-counter treatments work for very superficial warts on healthy adults but often fail for deeper plantar warts, warts in children, facial warts, or any growth that could be mistaken for something more serious. We diagnose before we treat.
