Psoriasis Treatment
Modern biologics can clear psoriasis completely for most patients — and the new oral options work without injections.

Modern treatment ladder
We start where you'll get results without overtreating:
- Mild psoriasis — topical steroids + vitamin D analog (calcipotriene), barrier care.
- Moderate — narrow-band UVB phototherapy or oral systemic agent (apremilast, deucravacitinib).
- Moderate to severe — biologics: adalimumab, secukinumab, ixekizumab, guselkumab, risankizumab, bimekizumab.
Joint involvement (psoriatic arthritis) changes which biologic we choose. We coordinate with rheumatology when needed.
